Yes, and it takes about 20 seconds. Give us your website address on our live demo page and you get your own assistant straight away, free. It answers from your own pages, so you can ask it the things your customers ask and see how it handles them. No signup, no card. Your demo stays up for 7 days so you can show it to whoever else needs convincing. When you're ready to go live properly, we build the real one, check it ourselves, and install it on your site for you.

Your website address, your mobile number so we know where to text your leads, and a few quick details we can't get from the site, like your booking link. That's it. We handle the rest.

Yes. It understands and replies in all the major languages, if a visitor messages in Spanish, it answers in Spanish. It's sharpest in your website's main language, since that's what it's trained on, and if you serve a specific second language regularly we'll set it up and test it for that on request.

It can. Out of the box, Nightshift captures the lead and sends it straight to you by text or email, and can point customers to your existing booking link. Deeper connections, like pushing leads into a CRM like HubSpot, or into a calendar or booking platform, can be built on request as a paid add-on. Just ask and we'll scope it.

Easy. Just let us know at hello@nightshiftchat.com and we'll re-train the assistant on your updated site and check it before it goes back live. You don't touch anything — that's the whole point.

It pays for the real work of building your assistant: reading your site, training it, testing it, and installing it for you. It means it's ready to start earning from day one rather than sitting half-finished.

Then you don't pay for the setup. If Nightshift doesn't capture a single lead in your first 30 days of being live, we refund the setup fee in full — and you can cancel the monthly with a single email. We can offer that because it almost never happens: a website with real visitors and an assistant that answers at 10pm catches leads.

Probably, and it's easy to check. A lot of enquiries land in the evening and on weekends, but Nightshift also catches the daytime ones you miss while you're on a job and can't get to the phone. One captured customer usually covers it for months.

Standard suits most local businesses. Growth is for busier businesses with more than one location or website, plus priority support. You can move between them anytime.

Standard includes up to 500 conversations a month, Growth up to 2,500. A "conversation" is one chat with one visitor, however many messages it takes, counted once, reset monthly. Most local sites never get near the Standard limit, and if you ever do, we'll flag it early and help you move up. Nothing ever gets shut off by surprise.

Yes. There's no lock-in contract. You pay month to month and can stop whenever you like. We'd rather earn your business by being useful.

Yes. We match the chat to your brand and set its greeting and tone for you. If you want changes later, just tell us and we'll update it.

You could, but it would be generic and it would take your time to build and keep right. We make it specific to your business and run the whole thing for you, so it's one less thing on your plate.

They're yours. Cancel any time with a single email. We'll export your captured leads to you, and then remove your data from our systems in line with data-protection law (including GDPR). No hostage-taking, no hoops.

Your business info, conversations and leads live in a secure managed database (Supabase); the site runs on Vercel; the assistant's intelligence is powered by Anthropic's Claude; lead alerts are sent via Resend.
